for over 60 years. With over 700 staff, we specialize
in the water, transportation, infrastructure, and environmental
sectors. Our engineering services range from planning
and feasibility studies to detailed design, construction,
training, and operational assistance. We have participated
in world-class projects in Canada and around the world,
for both public and private sector clients. Recognized
as an industry leader, we have received local, national,
and international awards for engineering services.
Our experience includes traditional design/bid/build delivery,
as well as design/build, design/build/operate, design/build/finance/operate,
and Public Private Partnerships (P3). We have worked with
owners as Owner’s Engineer and Program Managers and
with proponents on alternative delivery projects. We therefore
bring the experience and understanding of project delivery
from both the owners’ and the proponents’ perspectives.
