Mayor of Calgary recognizes Associated Engineering

The Mayor of Calgary and the City Manager recently recognized Associated Engineering for our work to relieve summertime flooding in Calgary. In recognizing Associated Engineering’s efforts, the Mayor and City Manager stated: "… June 2005 saw some of the worst flooding in the history of Calgary, forcing the City's first Local State of Emergency and prompting the evacuation of some two thousand residents. Despite the severity of damage along local rivers, the situation was effectively controlled thanks to the selfless efforts of civic employees, police and emergency workers, consultants, suppliers and contractors - and the cooperation of local communities and individuals. The City of Calgary is pleased to recognize your part in resolving the crisis."
