for promoting healthy living and creating healthy workplaces
The Calgary Chamber of Commerce
recently presented Associated Engineering with the H.E.A.L.T.H.
(Helping Employees Achieve Life- Time Health) Award. The
H.E.A.L.T.H. Award was created in 2005 to recognize businesses
with “superior and commendable Worksite Health Programs,
especially those businesses who provide Calgary with workplace
leadership to help their employees lead healthy and vibrant
lives."
Our St. Catharines office recently received the Healthy
Living Niagara Bronze Award. The Healthy Living Niagara
Workplace Award recognizes firms who have demonstrated
commitment to creating a healthy workplace and promoting
healthy living to its employees.
Congratulations to all staff for your contributions to
and participation in workplace and personal wellness!

Associated Engineering raises over $59,000 for United Way
For many years, Associated Engineering staff in all our
offices have raised money for the United Way by holding fundraising
events as well as giving to the United Way through payroll
deductions. The United Way supports organizations that help
children, family, seniors, and newcomers to our communities
who are in need.
Associated Engineering staff organized fundraising events
such 50/50 Draws, Book Sales, Hot Dog Day, Jeans Day, Pumpkin
Carving Contest, Silent Auctions, Sundae Sales, Turkey Draw,
and Texas Hold’em Nights. In November, we concluded
our United Way campaign. Associated Engineering staff across
the company raised a whopping, $59,081.96! Congratulations
to all staff! |
