Project Administrator [24 hours/week - Flexible]
An employee-owned, Canadian company, Associated Engineering provides a broad base of consulting engineering services in the infrastructure, water, transportation, environmental, building, energy, and asset management sectors.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Administrator for our Prince Albert location.
Reporting to the Prince Albert Division Manager, the successful candidate’s duties include providing assistance to Project Managers in preparing and coordinating reports, proposals, and contract documents, and providing administrative support such as filing, client liaison, and coordinating meetings. As a member of our team, your duties also include answering phones, mail distribution, managing our vehicle rental fleet, payables, copying, and performing other general administrative duties. Weekly hours of work are intended to be flexible, and will be consistent on a weekly basis and win-win for both company and employee.
