Contributing to our overall success
is our partnering approach to project management. This is
a process we use to build working relationships among all
the stakeholders in a project. Partnering includes a broad
spectrum of activities and informal working agreements established
to enhance and maintain cooperative relationships over the
life of a project. Over the years, we have found that the
partnering process creates opportunities for increased productivity
and cost savings, and quick and fair resolution of conflicts.
Projects completed using this approach include:
- Annacis and Lulu Island Wastewater Treatment
Plants, Delta and Richmond, B.C., Greater Vancouver Regional
District
- Johnson-Mariner Connector, Coquitlam,
B.C., B.C. Ministry of Transportation and Highways
- Vancouver International Airport, New Parallel
Runway & Lighting System, Richmond, B.C., Vancouver
International Airport Authority
- Athabasca River Bridge, Fort McMurray,
Alberta, Suncor
