On November 10th, the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia (ASTTBC) hosted their annual Technology Awards & Recognition Celebration with 250 attendees representing industry, business, education, and government. Six awards were presented to exceptional engineering/applied science technicians and technologists, employers, and organizations.
This year, Associated Engineering was presented with the Employer Award for Career Enhancement and Success of Technology Professionals. The company was recognized for the diverse, dedicated, and talented professionals who work together to consistently deliver high-quality work and superior client service, the firm’s commitment to the growth and careers of staff, and for providing opportunities for staff to be connected to local communities and the environment.
Martin Jobke, President, accepted the award on behalf of Associated Engineering, and thanked ASTTBC for recognizing and honouring the company. Martin says, “We’re proud of creating a work environment that supports the success of the more than 300 technology professionals in British Columbia and across the company.”
