We are the environmental division of Associated Engineering, one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. An employee-owned, Canadian company, we provide a wide range of environmental consulting services to a client base that is well diversified between public and private sectors. Our environmental science and management services are well integrated with those of our engineering colleagues, providing opportunities to work with talented people across disciplines and throughout western and northern Canada.
We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our Edmonton office. This is a part-time (24 hours per week) permanent position, with the potential to increase to full-time as the role develops.
This position will involve a range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of our Environmental Group. You are an excellent communicator with effective organizational skills, and an exceptional work ethic. Your abilities will be strengthened through the variety of activities and projects with which you will be involved. This position will also provide you with autonomy as you will be required to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
