how you'll contribute to our company

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Delivering project and client management
  • Providing technical advisory services and field training to junior staff
  • Conducting field related tasks relating to contaminated sites, hydrogeology, and biology
  • Preparing work plans, proposals, project reports, technical memos, and letters
  • Contributing to business development, including pro-active business development, leading and assisting in proposal preparation

what you will bring to the table

You should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Applied Science; M.Sc. degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of post-graduation experience in environmental consulting (northern experience preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, paired with strong aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with using software for word processing, data management, and presentations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines within a team environment
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in carrying out proactive business development initiatives
