Receptionist / Administrative Assistant [Full Time]

An employee-owned, Canadian company, Associated Engineering provides a broad base of consulting engineering services in the infrastructure, water, transportation, environmental, building, energy, and asset management sectors.


We are currently searching for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to work out of our Regina office.  Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be the primary contact with the public for the company.  You will be an energetic and conscientious professional who enjoys working with people and brings a strong customer service attitude.  You will take pride in keeping a friendly office of 60 running smoothly.


Candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • One year experience in an administrative support or retail position
  • Basic to intermediate level computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
  • Committed team player who will proactively support other team members
  • Certificate in Office Education an asset
