Pulp residual has been applied as a soil amendment to agricultural lands in the Peace River area since 1998. Associated Environmental works with the pulp mill to ensure that residual is applied to agricultural fields such that farmers can maximize their yields, and this allows the client to re-use the pulp residual in a sustainable way.
Associated Environmental works with municipalities, regional districts, industry and First Nations to provide solutions for a variety of organic wastes, including biosolids, sludge, and forestry by-products. Our key staff understand the regulations and science needed to develop land application programs for organic wastes.
