Associated Engineering was retained to aid in subdividing land to create separate titles to an existing lake resort development at Marean Lake within the RM of Bjorkdale. We prepared a report and illustration describing the current drainage facilities within the resort assessing their capacity to manage various storm event flows to satisfy the requirements of the Water Security Agency as part of the provincial subdivision approval process.
The 2015 update to the City of St. Albert Transportation Master Plan included a variety of methods of data collection, from travels surveys to open houses. A key piece of our consultation strategy was three stakeholder workshops, where we worked with a range of stakeholders from within the City and surrounding municipalities to identify key project strategies and goals and finalize all recommendations.
Associated offers a broad spectrum of planning, policy development, and engagement and facilitation expertise, which complements our foundation in engineering to assist communities in shaping their future.
