Streetscaping

Associated provides integrated planning and design services to build better transportation networks to serve communities and industries.  Our team includes community planners, transportation planners, traffic engineers, roadway engineers, environmental scientists, and landscape architects.  We work together to design roadways that are part of an active transportation network including pedestrian trails, cycling paths, and transit system.

Our team has planned and designed thousands of kilometres of heavy-haul roads in remote areas serving the forestry, mining and oil and gas sectors.  We work with our clients to plan and construct economical roads, considering loads, traffic volumes, environmental considerations, operations and maintenance, long-term life, capital cost, and salvage potential and value.  Whether the roadway is in rural, urban or remote environments, our focus is on designing robust and resilient infrastructure, considering potential environmental and climatic impacts.
