Weather Monitoring, Observational Data Products and Services

To understand, assess, and model climate change and its impacts, observations of past and present conditions are required. We focus on developing high quality, baseline climate data sets for different user communities, gap-filling of missing hydrometeorological time series, estimation of climate variables at ungauged sites, understanding historical trends, variability, and evaluating uncertainties in existing observational products.
