Petro is a Civil Engineer-in-Training with 4 years of experience in ice road construction and inspection, solid waste feasibility studies, deep utility design and condition assessments, and construction inspection and administration of landfills, lagoons, road rehabilitation, streetscaping and deep utility installation.
