Lance is Chief Operating Officer for the Associated Engineering group of companies, responsible for operations, including service delivery, production, human resources, and information systems and technology.

A Chartered Professional Accountant, Lance has over 30 years of experience, including accounting, auditing, and financial analysis. He has been with Associated Engineering since 1993, holding roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to taking on his current role, Lance held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance.
