Lillian has more than 25 years of experience providing structural engineering, project management and people management for a broad range of projects, from solid waste management facilities to mission critical facilities, commercial and industrial developments, amusement rides and telescope enclosures. She is proficient in managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams to execute projects from conceptual design to construction.
