The proposed Phase 1 and Phase 2 upgrades at Welland Water Treatment Plant are critically important initiatives to ensure a reliable and affordable water supply into the future for the Region of Niagara, including the City of Welland, the Town of Pelham, and the City of Thorold.

Associated Engineering was engaged by the Region to provide the following services related to the Phase 1 upgrades:
