The Martensville Athletic Pavilion is located in the City of Martensville, Saskatchewan.
This unique project is the first of its kind constructed in North America and combines the use of a Stressed Membrane Structure (By Sprung Instant Structures) for the exterior shell and Cross Laminated Timbers (CLTs) for the entire interior build.
The new 50,000 ft2 facility is the largest construction project ever undertaken in Martensville and adds to a quality of life that’s already attracting new residents to the growing city. The new facility, and new construction and renovations to the high school, will provide the City of Martensville with yet another venue for sport, improved spaces to educate the youth, and a place to enjoy arts and culture.
