Our Urban Planning and Design group worked with the City of Yellowknife’s Department of Community Services on the planning, design, and construction of approximately one kilometre of trails within the Twin Pine area.
The scope of work included low-impact trail development, staircase construction, signage and basic trail amenities on a site overlooking Great Slave Lake that has had exceptional views, but poor accessibility. The scope of services included preliminary and detailed design, community engagement, construction documentation, and contract administration.
