In 2011 the District of West Kelowna (City of West Kelowna) engaged Associated Engineering to provide assessment report of the existing Faulkner Lift Station.
Upon assessment report, it was concluded that the existing lift station would require major upgrades to ensure municipality has infrastructure to meet their needs and future design considerations.
The required works included new building for electrical controls and power supply, and installation of new wetwell. The existing electrical and lift station was to remain operational throughout construction until completion of new infrastructure.
Associated Engineering provided preliminary and detailed design for this project, complete with full contract documents and specifications for mechanical, electrical, structural and civil disciplines. We provided contract administration and construction inspection services through completion of project.
Completion of the lift station was early 2015.
