Associated Engineering has more than 30 years of experience on alternative delivery projects, including design-build, alliance, and public-private partnership projects. Our alternative delivery experience includes bridges, roads, highways, pump stations, treatment plants, pipelines, site development, work camps, and buildings. We have worked with all levels of government; forestry, mining, and oil and gas companies; institutions; commercial clients; contractors; and lenders.
We understand alternative delivery from many roles, from design engineer for the contractor, technical advisor to lenders, engineer for operations/maintenance/ rehabilitation (OMR) contracts, and owner’s engineer on major projects.
