The Regina Bypass features Saskatchewan’s first Intelligent Transportation System, encompassing a control centre, weigh-in-motion facilities, weather station, and automated traffic information signs. The largest transportation project at the time in Saskatchewan’s history, the $1.88 billion Regina Bypass was delivered on time and under budget.
