The Edmonton Valley Line Light Rail Transit is a $2.2 billion Public Private Partnership project, and was completed at the end of 2020.
The alignment extends 13.1 kilometres from Mill Woods to downtown Edmonton, with a significant crossing over the North Saskatchewan River.
Associated was the environmental lead for all design phase and supported construction of the largest capital infrastructure project undertaken by the City of Edmonton. The work involved developing and implementing several environmental plans, obtaining regulatory approvals for construction, conducting inter-disciplinary design and project reviews, and providing interface management, risk management, and financial, schedule and quality management.
